lcome! I’m Mineka, a dreamer and seeker, originally from the lush landscapes of Sri Lanka and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, down under! While my career heart beats for the fields of finance, management and all marketing, it dances to rhythm of psychology, philosophy, literature, art, cinema and history. These passions were born in my childhood, nurtured by the warm embrace of my grandfather’s enchanted library. Sitting on his lap, surrounded by works of literature and spiritual knowledge, I was transported to realms of knowledge and wonder as he wove visionary tales that sparked my love for learning.

Beyond the lecture halls, I find joy in spirited debates with my parents that challenge and deepen my perspective, wandering the vibrant streets of Melbourne, and dreaming of adventures yet to come—be it traveling, hiking through breathtaking landscapes, or diving into the thrill of painting.

My ultimate aspiration is to step into academia, where I hope to weave together diverse disciplines, offering fresh insights and contributing meaningfully to society’s understanding of the world.
